Returns and Cancellation

 Buyers can cancel their order online before the product has been shipped. The Buyer’s entire order amount will be refunded. An order cannot be cancelled once the item has been either shipped or delivered to the Buyer.


 In case of a defective or unsatisfactory delivery the Buyer should initiate the return process within 8 hours from the time of product delivery, post which it would be futaba sole discretion to either accept or reject the return request submitted. In order to initiate the return process the Buyer has to send an email request with the details and images of defects to info@futaba.in on receipt of this request futaba customer care team shall get in touch with the Buyer and further guide to complete the return and refund process.


 In order to Cancel an order, the Buyer can login to the website and click on Cancel order link. Enter the order details and submit. Once the request is received by futaba, the cancellation process shall be initiated.


 Shipping charge will be refunded only if the order is cancelled, if a return of order is opted shipping charges shall not be refunded.


 The refund will be credited back to the bank account that was originally used to make the transaction.


 The refund shall be deposited into the Buyer’s bank account within 7 business days from the date of submission of return / cancellation request.


 Refund will be processed only after the product is received at our end.


 Please be advised that, due to hygiene, health and personal care reasons, all purchases of inner apparel and guards are non-returnable . As such, refunds or exchanges are not possible for these items. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines.


 Products that have undergone customization services such as gutting or knocking, etc., are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.


 Products that have included in buy together combo are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.


Returns:


 Returns

We accept returns within 24 hours from the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, youritem must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, with tags and covers intact.You must also provide an image of the product, as received, with the futaba packing box andmention your order ID in the email.


 Refunds

 Once your return request is received, we will review it and confirm. On receiving theconfirmation from us, you will have to send back the product back to us. The details of thesame would be shared by us once we receive the images of the products you have sharedearlier. On receiving the returned items, we will send you a confirmation email to notify the receipt of the returned item. We will also notify regarding the approval or rejection of the refund request raised. If your return request is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days. For COD orders, we would issue a coupon code equivalent to the product
price only, excluding any other associated costs, which you could use for future purchases on our site. For prepaid orders that are approved for refund, the refund amount will be credited to your source of payment within 7-10 working days.

 Damaged or Defective Items


If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us immediately a video of the same. You can follow the above-mentioned process to request a refund.


 Exchanges :


If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us to arrange the exchange. You will be responsible for any difference in price, and we will provide instructions for returning the original item. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and with tags intact. Proof of purchase is also required.


 Shipping For Exchange :


You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return pick-up is available for eligible addresses and items, subject to shipping restrictions and within the return window. For certain orders, self-ship may be required if pick-up is not available. A refund will be issued to your NEFT account.

Important Notes:


 Shipping Fees: Return shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product received was damaged or defective.


 Inspection Failure: If the returned item does not pass the inspection, no refund will be provided.


 Refund Charges: A Fee of Rs. 150 will be charged as reverse logistics fee and deducted from refund amount Legal Disclaimers:


 Non-Compliance with Return Conditions: Failure to comply with the return conditions (such as not submitting video proof, not returning the product in “as is”
condition, or missing barcodes/labels) will result in rejection of the return or refund request. Futaba tech Private Limited reserves the right to make the final
decision on all return and refund requests.

 Limitation of Liability: Futabatech Private Limited shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or claims arising from the use of our
website or any purchases made through the platform, except in cases where such liability cannot be limited by law.


 Force Majeure: Futaba tech Private Limited shall not be liable for any delays in processing returns, refunds, or exchanges due to circumstances beyond our
control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government actions.


 Jurisdiction and Governing Law: All disputes, claims, and legal actions related to this policy or any purchase made on www.futaba.in shall be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Telangana, India. The terms and conditions outlined in this policy shall be governed by the laws of India.


 Fraudulent Returns: Futaba tech Private Limited reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds if we suspect fraudulent activity or abuse of the return process. Any suspected fraudulent returns will be reported to the relevant authorities for investigation.


Consumer Responsibility:


 Customer Accuracy: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the details provided during the purchase, including shipping addresses and contact
